A small group of patient representatives meet with our business manager to talk about our services, what we are doing well and where we might improve.
Would you like to have a say about our services, specific issues about the practice or concerns for the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB)? Oakfields Health Group (Oakfields Health Centre & Dipton Surgery) encourages patients to give their views, ideas and suggestions on how the practice is delivering services. We would like to receive the opinion of as many patients as possible in order for us to maintain the best possible delivery of care.
We have a very supportive patient reference group who meet with the practice on a regular basis throughout the year, give us their opinions and help us develop and improve communication and services for our patients. Gaining patient feedback and their point of view is important to the practice and enables us to enhance the experience when people come to the surgery. We feel that our present group is not entirely representative of the practice population and therefore we would welcome new members from our entire patient list and all age groups.
If you would like to join or learn more about this group please either leave your contact details at reception, ask to speak to Catherine McBride, the practice Business Manager, on 01207 560206 or complete the online sign up form shown below.
